The Sentinel is licensed by the New York State Department of Health and includes:
- Assistance with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, safety assurance, supervision and ‘round-the-clock care, if needed.)
- Healthcare services are provided by a Licensed Home Care Services Agency
- Wellness Center featuring an on-site internist, podiatrist, physical and occupational therapists.
- Medication assistance program managed by licensed nurses
- Three nutritious home-cooked meals shared in our spectacular dining room

Come and join us for activities. I believe staying active mentally, physically, and emotionally is how we keep ourselves well. Some things will be hard, but we just have to do what we can and forget the rest! You can always find a friend in the Life Enrichment Center!
